What we focus on

Our mission is to build a healthier student body and a healthier community — by bringing health education directly to the people who need it, from elementary school classrooms to senior living communities. Every meeting and event ladders up to one of these four pillars.

Disease prevention

Easy to implement actions that can keep us healthy — like fall-prevention basics for seniors and sun-safety habits for kids.

Mental wellness

Discussing the connection between physical and mental health, with workshops on stress management, sleep health, and other habits that shape both.

Community outreach

Visiting local senior living communities to talk about preventable illness and fall prevention, and teaching kids about skin cancer with sunscreen giveaway events.

Medical exploration

Guest talks from healthcare professionals, journal clubs on medical research, and guidance for the pre-med path.

Meetings & events

Meetings are open to all students — come to one and see if it's for you.
